Investing in tech requires a degree of prudence as the risk is higher than most other asset classes. During this event we will tap into a few ways to approach the challenges of investing in Financial Technology.

This event is for wealthy individuals, family offices, policy makers and seasoned entrepreneurs interested in investing in FinTech. If you wish to attend please contact [email protected]

Financial technology, also known as FinTech, is a line of business based on using software to provide financial services. Financial technology companies are generally startups founded with the purpose of disrupting incumbent financial systems and corporations that rely less on software.

Global investment in financial technology more than tripled to $4 billion in 2013 from $930 million in 2008. The nascent financial technology industry has seen rapid growth over the last few years, according to the office of the Mayor of London. Forty percent of London's workforce is employed in financial and technology services. Some of the better-known FinTech companies in London include FundingCircle, Nutmeg and TransferWise.

It is an educational event with the goal to increase access to capital & improve entrepreneurial success through an efficient & fast investment procedure, a bond with fellow high- net-worth individuals and connections with innovation happening outside the corporate world.
