We will have a full day of sessions from 9am to 5pm, run by Fashion Technology experts and focusing on 'growthhacking' for Fashion Tech Startups, including:

  • Thought-leadership & strategic workshops
  • Technology, brand, and e-commerce keynotes and presentations
  • Clustered sessions dedicated to topics such as - conversion optimization, strategy, marketing and branding, traction and getting investment

9.15am Workshop 'Data-centric Decision Making: The eBay Approach' 

You will learn how to:
- Apply your data to improve business decisions
- Build customer demand and improve your product 
- Drive company revenue and growth

Workshop Leader:
Davide Cervellin 
is the Head of Analytics for Merchant Development at eBay. With more than 10 years of experience in roles across Finance, Analytics, Business Development and Ecommerce, he is now responsible for analyses related to business-to-consumer sales on the European eBay marketplaces sites. Prior to this he was responsible for the definition of the global strategy for online B2C sales at Pirelli Tyres and for Analytics and Performance Management at Vodafone.

10.30am Presentation 'Fashion vs: Tech - How to Hire the Lyst Way'

You will learn how to:
- Identify what  people and skills to go for
- Get the tips on where to look and how to attract talent
- Learn how to hire from outside the fashion industry

Presenter:
Diana Pavel, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lyst.com . After studying for a PR degree, Diana worked briefly in a fashion PR agency before starting her career in social media. She then joined a couple of startups helping with social media strategy. Later she worked at the Social Media recruitment agency, finding talent for some of London's most exciting creative agencies. Diana is now an in-house recruiter at Lyst, and is looking to hire Fashion, Marketing, Partnerships and Operations specialists.

11am Workshop 'Crack The Digital Code: Key Strategies of Successful Brands' 

You will learn how to:
- Create a brand with a strong emotional connection and gain authority in the market
- Build and engage communities through content, social media and engaging campaigns
- Learn about KPIs, measurements and evaluation

Workshop Leaders:
Lenka Gourdie, the CEO & founder of ​Hotifyme.com​, an emerging lifestyle brand, and the founder of ​Crack the Digital Code. ​Lenka  ​is becoming well­known for her unabashed love of fashion, fitness fashion, her deep knowledge of the industry and her ability to delight her customers. She has also mastered the digital marketplace and has an extensive network of contacts among bloggers, journalists, PRs and of course, designers and fashion entrepreneurs.

Elizabeth Stocks, Associate of Crack the Digital Code, brings a unique set of skills, background and experience in working with blue chips to startups. Her extensive experience in information technology, her business background and a MBA from CASS Business School gives her an innovative approach in client engagement with a strong focus on the customer journey, ensuring that IT is working for the end user rather than the other way around.

1.00pm Presentation 'Hustling your way to £2m of funding - how we did it' by Daniel Murrey

Daniel Murray, the Co Founder and CMO at Grabble, the UK’s fastest growing mobile commerce app. He is responsible for helping grow Grabble from an idea to a product that was featured as "Best New App" in 34 countries by Apple, has twice trended nationally on Twitter, and once Globally. It is also regularly featured as the best shopping app and best fashion app on the App Store.

1.30pm Workshop 'Building the Killer Deck for FashTech'

You will learn:
- A 101 on creating your pitch deck
- From writing your 'Brain Harpoon' to defining a strong narrative
- This session outlines the key components of a great fundraising story

Presenter:
Gabbi Cahane, an angel investor, founder and consultant with over 20 years experience in start-ups, scale-ups and global corporations. As an investor in and mentor to early stage companies, he has contributed to product, brand and commercial strategy; connected co-founders, collaborators and commercial partners; raised capital, awareness and a few eyebrows. He is the founder of Cahane & Associates, a strategy firm that enables global corporates to define their purpose and positioning; develop culture and behaviour, drive innovation and change; improve reputation, influence and value. He is the Chairman of Multiple, a growth consultancy focused on scaling technology companies from Series A and beyond. He likes being tattooed. A lot.

3.00pm Workshop 'GoFundYourSelf - Funding for Early Stage Tech Startups'

You will learn how to:
- Apply the key concepts of raising capital through VCs or angel investors
- Build your funding strategy
- Identify and approach potential angel investors 

Workshop Leader:
Marina Atarova is an entrepreneur and mentor with 5 Years experience of working with early stage tech companies having three main areas of expertise in marketing, strategy and equity investment. As a partner in several projects, Marina has been involved in running marketing campaigns and created a network of startup leaders around the globe. She runs a series of workshops for tech founders and is a mentor and presenter in main European startup conferences and accelerators. Marina also runs a tech angel investment club and has helped to raise capital for several upcoming tech stars.
