Panelists:

Ben Colegrave is Co-Founder and CEO of Staffably, a recruitment platform for schools to connect directly to teachers. Ben is also Co-Founder and Governor of East London Arts & Music, a 6th form college intending to better the creative industries of tomorrow, Previously, Ben worked in finance as a Principal of a private equity fund, Prostar Capital and prior to that as Head of Oil & Gas Investment Banking at Investec Bank. Ben holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking & International Finance from Cass Business School.

Evan Schoenbach is an associate partner with Mosaic Ventures, a $140 million venture fund based in London. Mosaic invests in marketplaces, fintech, SaaS and enterprise startups throughout Europe. Previously, Evan invested with Insight Venture Partners in New York, where he made investments in several companies including Truecaller, Vinted and Projectplace. Evan's background is as a developer, graduating with a masters degree in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in business from the Wharton School.

Jonny Driscoll is the founder and CEO of Loopd.life and has been pioneering the concept of a student-friendly virtual learning environment for several years. He was first recognised for his work on Loopd.life at the University of Birmingham Technological Innovation Competition (2013) where he introduced the term “Social Learning Environment” and was later awarded by Santander Universities (2013) the European Regional Development Fund (2014) and more recently Bseen Innovations (2015). Through a heavy involvement in both social and academic activities at University, Jonny developed a strong understanding of the potential opportunity for empowered learning and was awarded in multiple areas for his contribution as a student. After graduating in Engineering and Physical Sciences, Jonny spent the next three years developing Loopd.life alongside launching an entertainments company and studying for an MA in material science. Jonny believes that Loopd.life will revolutionise traditional perceptions of "the student experience" and help to reshape and modernise a university education.

Saurabh Saxena is a Senior Partner and head of London at Advention Business Partners, a global Strategy Consulting firm. The firm specialises in the Private Equity/later stage VC space, and in addition also works with large corporates and SMBs on Strategy/M&A topics. Over his 13+ years career, Saurabh has had senior roles in Consulting, M&A, Private Equity, and tech start-ups. Back in 2014/15, he was heading Western Europe & International expansion for a fast growing restaurant tech start-up called Quandoo which exited at $210m in 24 months. He has also invested in early stage start-ups in the Consumer/Luxury and Parenting/Education sector, and is currently building his own venture 'houzen' - a fast growing London based B2B Property Tech marketplace, with global ambition. He is an Electronics engineer, and has an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Paul Dowling is the CEO and co-founder of Dreamstake. He is working with the 1,000 plus startups on the platform to obtain funding from VCs and angel investors. Before launching Dreamstake Paul was a Managing Consultant with Cap Gemini and was previously involved in Business Development for Racal and Lego. He has a total of 25 years experience of tech. Dreamstake is his third startup. He has an MBA from Kingston University and is a regular speaker at startup conferences.
