Co-founders for a dating / meeting new people site

A social networking / dating web startup is currently at the end of concept/paperwork stage. We are seeking a technical co-founder who is a web development master and also a CFO co-founder who will manage the finances of the company. The website is a social networking website for single professionals to meet new people, network and make new contacts. We are currently based in Berlin. A Berlin software/incubator company has been interested in this project and been helping with business plan.
