The program is highly individual and is focused on your business and your role within it. Broadly we follow the five “rings” methodology:

  • Objectives. What are your personal goals and the goals for the business?
  • Opportunity. How are you positioned in your market(s) and how clear is your proposition – does it deliver your objectives?
  • Organisation. How does the structure of your management teal affect your ability to deliver on both the opportunity and your objectives?
  • Operations. Do you have the right people, are they clearly communicated to about the objectives, and remunerated to deliver them?
  • Oversight. What tools and processes are in place to measure progress of the business and how is this communicated?

Engagements can range from a single management workshop through to retained advisory positions, depending on the business need.
